Personal Profile
デザイナーShinji ‘Shunko’ Soda
Profiles:
A self-taught calligrapher, he received the name “Shunko” from a calligraphy master in China.He later went abroad to spread the art of Japanese calligraphy.
His creative and strong brushstrokes, and his products filled with such originality are well received by people in foreign countries.
Today, he continues to work as a calligraphy artist at the U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo in Nagasaki.
